Built and licensed a quality management system used by multiple German municipalities to track and document compliance with RAL Quality Association standards.
The Challenge:
Local authorities in Germany needed a systematic approach to manage, measure, and document compliance with RAL Quality Association standards for SME-Oriented Local Government. Manual tracking processes were error-prone and could not scale effectively across multiple municipalities.
The Solution:
Developed and licensed a database-driven application that automated the administration, measurement, and documentation of target values for RAL Quality Association criteria. The system enabled multiple municipalities (OBK & REK regions) to track compliance, generate standardized reports, and maintain quality documentation consistently.
The Result:
The application was successfully adopted by municipal administrations across the regions, streamlining compliance workflows, reducing administrative overhead, and ensuring consistent quality documentation. The licensing model provided ongoing value to municipalities while establishing a sustainable software solution for long-term use.
